At The Caden, we aim to offer a smooth and effortless shopping experience. The details of our return and exchange policy are provided below for your reference.

Online orders

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery strictly for products that are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all tags intact. Items failing to meet these conditions will not be eligible for return. Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

To initiate a return:

Please follow the steps below to initiate a return:

• i.Return requests must be submitted via email with the Order ID and reason for return.
• ii.All requests are subject to review and will be assessed within 24–48 hours.
• iii.Reverse pickup will be arranged where applicable, or the return address will be provided.
• iv.The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with the invoice and order ID clearly indicating the returned items, and with all tags intact.
• v.Once your return is received and inspected, your refund or approved exchanges will be processed. It typically takes 15–20 working days to reflect.

Key exclusions

Returns and refunds are not available for the following items:

• Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price.
• Jewellery and accessories, unless found to be defective.

Please allow up to 15–20 days from the date of request for return and exchange processing.
